Earl Webb was named President of the U.S. Operations of Avison Young in September 2009 and is responsible for leading geographic and service line expansion efforts in the U.S. as well as heading all Avison Young U.S. operations.

For the past two decades Noel has served as the Director of the United Nations Environment Programme’s North American Regional office. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Seattle University, an M.A. in International Law and Organization from Georgetown University and Ph. D. in International Relations from Yale University and also holds a diploma in International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law. Dr. Brown is a founding member of the Aspen Global Change Institute, the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives, and Indigenous Development International. He is also the President of Friends of the United Nations, a non-governmental organization dedicated to advancing the cause of the United Nations by mobilizing public support on its behalf and directing public attention to its major programmes and achievements.

James Pearson has over 24 years experience in the environmental and sustainability advisory sector. He is currently CEO of Pacific Risk Advisors Ltd an Asian based risk management consultancy. PRA provides advice on sustainability risks, their identification, mitigation and implementation from a strategic and technical perspective.  James has worked throughout Asia and is frequently retained as a Sustainability Advisor to funds, investors and operators.

He was director of environmental consulting for Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York’s World Financial Center. Formerly, he served as the chief environmental counselor for three Fortune 300 corporations. Before serving the private sector, he worked as an Attorney-Advisor for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of General Enforcement and the U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission.

Clive is the former Head of the International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) Sustainable Financial Markets Facility in Washington DC. He established (and then ran), the Environment Agency for the Dubai Govt. in the UAE, and has held directorships of Environmental Management Ltd (MWH Inc.) and the Halcrow Group (both UK), AEA Technology PLC, as Director, AEA Technology Singapore and as CEO, AEA Technology Thailand Ltd., and the Regional Institute of Environmental Technology in Singapore. In a career spanning 30 years and work experience in over 50 countries, he has worked exclusively on sustainable finance and investment, and environmental management, for industry, government and the financial sector.
