Raintrust is offering to sell Certificates of Sponsorship of fractional reserves being protected in Raintrust's Nature Reserve now protected under RainTrust Conservation Agreement in rainforest's internationally and is not offering purchasers who receive these Certificates of Sponsorship any ownership interest in Raintrust's rainforest protected acres. The laws of Brazil and Indonesia, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines Cambodia, Thailand Maylasia preclude non-residents from having an ownership interest in the Brazilian rainforest. Contributors who receive Certificates of Sponsorship will be entitled to a charitable contribution to the full extent allowed by law for their contribution.

Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or Raintrust Certificates of Sponsorship premiums you receive through Raintrust shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Hong Kong, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Raintrust intellectual property rights, Raintrust may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in hong Kong, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
