RainTrust Asia has now placed under conservation agreement 12.5 million acres of rainforest of Papua Indonesia. This agreement will be the largest sustainable conservation initiative. This is a historic public private partnership with the people of Papua, Indonesia benefiting from all progams.

RainTrust Joins Major Sustainable Development Project in Impoverished Region of Brazil-
The RainTrust Foundation will help provide an extensive educational and training program to create environmentally and socially-responsible businesses in the impoverished Baixo Sul region of the Brazilian State of Bahia. The program, which will affect over 250,000 households in 11 municipalities, is the result of an historic sustainable development partnership agreement recently signed between the prestigious Odebrecht Foundation (Fundação Odebrecht ), the not-for-profit arm of the largest construction conglomerate in Brazil and RainTrust, LLC, the for-profit strategic partner of the RainTrust Foundation. |

12.5 Million Acres to Be Protected Under Trial Program that Could Eventually Include All of China's Forested and Deforested Lands.

The RainTrust Foundation and the municipal government in China's Yichuan province have signed an agreement in principle to place 4 million hectares (10 million acres) of forest land under the protection of a RainTrust Conservation Agreement. Included among the 10 million acres are approximately 200,000 degraded acres to be reforested. An additional 2.5 million-acre reforestation project was also announced during the same trip by the RainTrust contingent. |
